The exciting program of Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus, #YouthEmpowered which aims to strengthen the skills of young people aged 18-30 and is designed to prepare them for the modern and future labor market, is expanding and this year it will be presented in 5 Universities in Nicosia and Paphos.
The program created in 2017 to bridge the gap between academic knowledge and the labor market is upgraded and implemented this year as a multi-level three-stage program: ENGAGE, CONNECT, INSPIRE.
In the first stage, ENGAGE, participants acquire knowledge and skills related to their personal development, communication, successful job search and the development of their emotional intelligence. This phase includes three two-hour sections, which those interested can choose according to their preferences and special characteristics.
The presentation of the thematic sections has been undertaken by experienced executives of Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus. Specifically, Hara Leonidou, HR Business Partner of Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus will present the section “CV and job interview“, the Christos Chronis, Sales Capability Lead of Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus will present the section “Basic Principles of Sales” and Andreas Iortsios, Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Manager of Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus will present the module “Communication Skills“.
In the second stage of the program, CONNECT, those who participate will deepen and acquire more specialized communication, negotiation, customer service, selling and understanding of basic finance skills. The right to participate in this six-hour phase will be given to people who attended at least one module from the ENGAGE stage.
The third stage, INSPIRE, offers the opportunity to delve into advanced selling, business modeling and entrepreneurship skills in one 30+ hour training. This stage is addressed to a limited number of people who will be selected from the participants of the CONNECT stage.
The program starts with the 1st ENGAGE stage at the following 5 Universities on the following dates:

The Youth Empowered Program is open to all students and graduates of Universities, but also in general in every news. A Certificate of Attendance will be given. For registration and information, those interested can contact the Career Centers of the Universities.
At the same time, in April and May, 8 online trainings will be held with an emphasis on digital technology subjects. More about this program will be announced in the near future on Coca-Cola HBC Cyprus social media, Facebook and Instagram.
