A fierce clash between fans, with one stabbing, took place shortly after one, at midnight on Tuesday in Thessaloniki.
The bloody clash involved 30 people, where three people aged 18 to 20 were injured, one of whom was fatally stabbed in the ribs.
The incident took place on Theodorou Gazi Street, above Alexandrou Papanastasiou, in the area of Charilaou.
According to the report of thestival, a person who was riding in a white vehicle, BMW brand, moved on foot towards the 19-year-old and his two friends. Before they could realize what was happening, he said to them: “Fuck your Mars” and then started stabbing them. The 19-year-old was stabbed in the inside of his leg, near the groin. The second young man suffered head and chest injuries. The third member of the group received a knife in the buttocks.
A patrol of immediate action rushed to the spot and found the young people covered in blood, asking for help. Police provided first aid to the injured. The 19-year-old was bleeding uncontrollably. He left his last breath before the arrival of the ambulance and the mobile unit of EKAB. The two friends of the unfortunate 19-year-old were taken to Papanikolaou hospital.
Immediately, searches began in the wider area to locate the perpetrators' vehicle. Police have videos at their disposal from nearby shops. A unit of the forensic investigation sub-directorate collected data from the spot where the 19-year-old fell dead.
