Despite the agreement reached Monday between the Ministry of Finance and the parties regarding the two bills aimed at strengthening the legal framework for the management of non-performing loans and governing the licensing and operation of loan management companies, the government is still sitting still. until the Parliament officially approves the texts.
& nbsp; The two bills are the last prerequisite for the disbursement of € 85 million from the Recovery Fund, through which the country will receive until 2026 € 1.2 billion
So far, the bills in question, as “F” is informed, do not seem to gain the required majority. The 17 votes of the DISY deputies are considered given. On the other hand, AKEL (15 deputies) and DIKO (9 deputies), ie a total of 24 deputies, & nbsp; they do not seem to agree to the passage of the infamous bills, despite government commitments to secure guarantors.
