The Trade Unions SEK, PEO, PASYDY with an announcement issued on Wednesday denounce the decision of the Board of Directors (BoD) of the Cyprus Land Development Organization (KOAG) to appoint to the position of Head of Technical Services a person outside the four subordinate claimed the position and demanded that the Board reconsider its stance and proceed to correct the distortion that was created.
The Trade Unions further state that with its decision the Board, wronged, downgraded and reduced the value and skills of the Agency's existing staff, showed unprecedented toughness and overlooked the value of their long-standing presence in the COAG and their contribution to its development.
They add that the majority of its staff members Cyprus Development Organization on 11/3/2022 went on a spontaneous work stoppage, to express his regret and disappointment for the appointment of a person from The Guilds further characterize the event as unprecedented for the forty years of operation of the Organization, noting that virtually the current Board downgraded all staff as incapable of claiming any position other than the one he holds after blatantly ignoring their skills and many years of experience and knowledge in matters of social housing production.
