Negotiations to regulate the retirement benefits of those hired in the public sector after October 2011 seem to have gone deep, which justifies the time credit that the civil servants' unions decided to give to the employer last Friday.
As it is known, the representatives of PASYDY, POED, OELMEK, OLTEK and the Police Association had given an ultimatum to the government to submit a new proposal on the issue, which expired on February 10, however, they decided in a meeting on Friday to credit the employer side with a little more time. A new meeting of the secretary general had preceded earlier on Friday. of PASYDY Strati Mattheou with the g.d. of the Ministry of Finance George Pantelis, where it was decided to continue the negotiation, as the head of PASYDY informed the other organizations.
According to information from “F”, Mr. Mattheou, who personally handles the issue, will have a meeting tomorrow, Thursday, with the Minister of Finance, Konstantinos Petridis.
