Paphos Police are investigating a case of theft from an elderly person.
According to a representative of the Paphos Police Department, an elderly person who lives in Geroskipou complained that shortly after one in the afternoon he went to Geroskipou square to shop.
However, before doing his shopping, he went to the public restrooms where, according to the complaint, it appears that two unknown persons snatched his wallet containing approximately 500 euros and fled on the run.
As the elderly man reported to the Police, he had just received his pension.
The Paphos Police are conducting investigations to identify the perpetrators.
