Particularly happy were the draw in the derby between Anorthosis and Omonia… two other teams – Paphos and APOEL.
It can be said that these two teams came out victorious from the result of the match in “Antonis Papadopoulos” as both saw two of their three competitors for the six to lose points.
Paphos, which yesterday (28/1) beat PAEEK 2-0 and moved up to fourth place, remained in it, as it is superior to Omonia in the tie (better goals, same score in the games between them), having a game less than the clover.
On the other hand, APOEL, although it saw its difference increase to -4 from Omonia and to -3 from Anorthosis, but has three games less than the clover and one less than the “Lady”.
Based on the points, but also the number of matches left in each team, Omonia is still in the most difficult position (the only one that does not have a match in hand), but in no case has the slightest decision been made, as many are pending matches between the four contenders and each of these games can significantly change the data.
It is indicative that each of the four teams has given a different number of matches and the fact that the team that is lower (APOEL) is the one that from now on has to give the most matches (another six along with that of Sunday) makes the very fluid state.
