Public hearing of the Derogation Study Council for granting urban planning permission for additions / conversions to an existing licensed kiosk and change of its use to a restaurant requested by the community council of Agios Tychonas in Limassol.
Specifically, the Deviation Study Council announced that a Public Hearing will be held for the purpose of examining the application of the Community Council of Agios Tychonas (LEM / 0209/2015), which concerns the granting of a planning permit derogating from the provisions of the 2013 Limassol Local Plan / conversions to an existing licensed kiosk and change of use in a restaurant, in the part of the state plot no. 231, of Φ / Σχ. 2-213-342, Section 5, in the Community of Agios Tychonas, in the District of Limassol.

The application was submitted based on the provisions of Article 26 (2) and 26 (3) of the Law on Urban Planning and Spatial Planning (Amendment) Law 142 (I) / 99 and the Regulations on Urban Planning and Spatial Planning (Derogations) of 1999 (K.D. P. 309/99).
The Public Hearing, which is a form of public debate and consultation between stakeholders, aims to ensure conditions of transparency and democracy in the application review process.
The holding of the Hearing is mainly aimed at the most complete and accurate information of the Deviation Study Council, so that this body can reach a complete and substantiated suggestion to the Council of Ministers, for the final decision.
The Public Hearing is open to the public and will take place, on Friday 28/01/2022, at 11.00 am, in the event hall of the Diocese of Amathus (tel. No .: 99604260). 19, the sanitary protocol will be observed (safepass, distances of 2 meters, protective mask, antiseptic, etc.).
It is noted that, at 10.15 am, a visit to the development site will precede.
