The rent to the vulnerable groups will be paid by the state if their monthly income is not enough to participate in the mortgage to rent plan that the state wants to implement, in order to reduce non-performing loans as much as possible. Based on evidence , the project will potentially cover a portfolio of around € 1.5 billion. This amount is preliminary and does not take into account any income criteria that will be set, which will reduce the perimeter even more.
