In the era of High Resignation and disgruntled employees it is certainly rarer for an employee to complete 10 years at the same company. That's why many companies tend to give gifts to their employees who reach this milestone.
At Apple, employees who complete 10 years at the company receive a heavy commemorative plaque made of aluminum, bearing the logo with the apple, along with a signed letter from CEO Tim Cook.
As revealed by YouTuber DongleBookPro, the large cube is made from the same aluminum used in Apple's commercial products, such as the iPhone.< /p>
On the front side the Apple logo dominates, while on the side is written the number 10, the employee's name and the date on which he completed a decade at the company.
Inside on the box, which is meticulous to the last detail and reminiscent of the packaging of Apple products, is the note from Cook.
“Congratulations on reaching this milestone. The work you've done, the challenges you've faced, and the discoveries you've made possible — all make a profound and lasting contribution to Apple's mission to change the world for the better. On behalf of everyone at Apple, thank you for everything you bring to our journey together.”
Inside the box is a cleaning cloth for the item, which is said to cost $19.
