The king of the Limassol Carnival 2023 was decided by the Limassol Municipal Council.
In a post he states that "in tonight's meeting of the Mayor and the Municipal Council of Limassol it was unanimously decided that the King of the Limassol Carnival 2023 will be Dimitris Giannakou".
