The Department of Taxation informs that regarding electronic payments made to the Department either through JCCSmart or through Internet Banking, a period of three working days is required to update the computer systems of the Department, in relation to these payments.
On this basis, it is not possible to provide any public service that requires confirmation of electronic payments before a period of 3 working days has elapsed from the date of payment, such as the stamping of contracts for which electronic payment was made, the issuance of a real estate transfer certificate property for which payment confirmation is required, etc.
For the above reasons and to avoid inconvenience, the public is urged to contact the District Offices for this type of service, after three working days from the date of payment.
