Launch of three HRDA Plans at the digital portal of Hermes & nbsp; announced the Authority.
The Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (HRDA) announces the start of operation of the following Plans on the digital portal of Hermes, from June 1, 2022:
• & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Single Business Training Programs in Cyprus
• & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Single Operational Training Programs in Cyprus (State Aid)
• & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Single Operational Training Programs Abroad
Additionally, the HRDA announces that from June 1, 2022, revised Policy and Procedure Guides for the three Plans will enter into force, which are posted on the HRDA website www.anad.org. cy. All interested parties are invited to review the revised Policy and Procedure Guides before submitting their applications.
It is pointed out that from June 1, 2022, the applications of employers for the approval of training programs within the framework of these Plans, will be submitted only electronically, through the digital portal of Hermes at the electronic address https://ermis.anad.org.cy. All procedures for these training programs will be done exclusively electronically through the digital portal of Hermes and the HRDA will not accept the sending of requests, requests, clarifications and documents in any other way.
Please note that for training programs that have been or will be submitted by 31 May 2022, the existing procedure will continue to apply until the completion of each training program.
In order to speed up the process, avoid delays and the timely submission of applications, the HRDA invites all interested parties, who can take advantage of the above Plans, to register in time at the digital portal of Hermes.
Prerequisite for completing and submitting the electronic application for program approval under the above Plans is the registration of all program contributors in the digital portal of Hermes. Specifically, the following actions must be taken:
1. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Registration of the organizer as an entity (Natural person or Legal entity or Consortium) and its approval by the HRDA.
2. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Acquisition of the role of “Employer” by the organizer after its approval as an entity.
3. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Registration of employees who will participate in the training program as natural persons and their approval by the HRDA.
4. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Registration of the instructor as a natural person and his approval by the HRDA.
5. & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; Electronic completion and submission of the CV of the instructor.
