Three new members of the Board of Directors of Demetra Holdings Plc

Demetra Holdings Plc has announced the appointment of three new members to its board of directors.

Specifically, it is announced that the Board of Directors of the Company in the meeting held yesterday, 31/05/2021, approved the appointment of Mr. Adamos Hatziantoniou as Executive Non-Executive Board Member of the Company, Mr. Georgios Apiou as non-executive Independent Board Member of the Company. and Mr. Alexis Vafeadis as a non-executive independent Board of Directors of the Company.
