To respect the constitutional right of private property calls the Police company in relation to an incident in the apartment complex in Chloraka.

He refers to various court proceedings on the issue and argues that  "any interference by the Police itself, or by private security guards in the communal areas of the apartments, is illegal, it is an obvious obstruction of the legal proceedings in progress".

He also speaks, among other things, of "illegal arrest made by the police on 12/22/22 at  said  area, and the illegal entry of both guards and police officers in violation of articles 87, 280, 281 of the Criminal Code Cap 154».

He appeals to the Police "to respect the constitutional right of private property of any citizen and to stop discriminating against illegals until justice will  decide on the matter&raquo?.
