Tomorrow the protest of children of mixed marriages T/k, publications on the issue in the T/k Press
On Saturday, at 9.30 in the morning, the protest event of the children of mixed marriages T/k. As reported by the media, the group organizing the protest event called “Without ID” will gather in the area in front of Ledra Palace tomorrow at 9.30 am and then they will go to the Ministry of Interior of the Republic of Cyprus.
In the announcement, the organizers invite all “trapped” children of mixed marriages on both sides, who cannot obtain the citizenship of the Republic of Cyprus because only one parent has it, to participate in the event, as well as the organizations defense of human rights.
The protest was announced to be supported by the “Independence Road” political party, but not by the political party platform for the defense of children of mixed marriages.
