Turkey has been alarmed by a video showing President Tayyip Erdogan walking with difficulty and being forced to climb stairs while supporting himself. The video comes shortly after his speech at a conference in Istanbul where, leaving the stage, he appears to have difficulty moving his legs and descending the stairs only after he first leans on his wife Emine and then on one of his bodyguards who is next to him.
Reports in the Turkish media confirm that the Turkish president is not in the best condition, as his health is facing problems, something that is reflected in his public appearances.
