Police arrested two people today, as part of a conspiracy investigation for committing a crime, illegal use, possession and possession of drugs for the purpose of supply, as well as illegal cultivation of drugs.
Specifically, around 8.15 this morning, members of YKAN Limassol, stopped a vehicle in which two people were riding, in a rural area in the province of Limassol.

Subsequently, in searches that followed in the house and premises of the two suspects, hemp weighing a total of about 1.5 kg was found in various places.
Also, in an adjacent warehouse, owned by the 76-year-old, 24 cultivated cannabis plants of about 10-80 cm in height were found.
The above were taken as evidence, while the two persons were arrested on the basis of court warrants and were detained.
