In the arrest of two persons, men aged 37 and 32, in connection with an investigation of a case of burglary and theft, possession burglary tools, and carrying knives, members of the Police proceeded yesterday, in Larnaca.
Shortly before 6:20 last night, following information about a burglary in a building in Larnaca, members of the Larnaca OPE, as well as members of the Larnaca Police Department, who were on foot patrol in the area, rushed to the spot, where on the rooftop< /strong> of the building located the two suspects. From the examinations carried out at the scene, a number of copper pipes that had been cut from the roof were found in the vestibule of the building.
Police members checked the two suspects and located them in in the possession of the 37-year-old, a number of burglary tools and in the possession of the 32-year-old, a picture of gold color and other items, which he confessed to having stolen from the premises of the building. A screwdriver and a knife were also found in the possession of the 32-year-old.
The 37-year-old and 32-year-old were arrested for spontaneous offenses and were detained for the purposes of police examinations, with the Larnaca Police Department investigating.
