The incident took place in Taipei and was recorded by CCTV showing the unpleasant moment with the woman falling on a black sedan parked in front of the apartment building.
From the collision, the woman appeared to be beating her waist, as he grabs her and starts rubbing her.
Her shocked partner has come down, naked from the waist up to see her condition, hugs her and kisses her.
An eyewitness told local media: “I was walking home when it happened. I did not see her fall, but we heard a loud noise and she was already above the car. “
