Actions concerning tourism “overshadow relations” between the sides, Ustel says
The “prime minister” of the pseudo-state, Unal Ustel, states, in an announcement by the “prime ministry”, that the “Greek Cypriot administration”, as he calls the Government of the Republic of Cyprus, “after the property, now is also eyeing tourism (in the pseudo-state), which is an important source of income for the Turkish Cypriot ‘people’, according to his expression.
Mr Ustel speaks of actions “that violate international law, undermine human rights and overshadow relations” between the two sides on the island.
“The restrictions imposed by the ‘e/c administration’ to tourists going to ‘tdvk’ create a complicated situation in terms of freedom of movement and the sovereign rights of states, based on international law,” he says.
Mr. Ustel calls on the Greek Cypriot side to abandon the “policies of isolation”, in the expression of, and to demonstrate “a sincere will for the cooperation of the parties”.
