For people over the age of 80, 10,058 vaccination appointments are available from tomorrow, February 6, at 9 am as part of the implementation of the National Vaccination Plan for COVID-19.
Through the Vaccination Portal, the interested persons will be able to arrange appointments for the period from the 8th to the 21st of February in the Vaccination Centers that operate in all the Provinces. In addition, the operation of the Vaccination Center at the State Exhibition Center in Nicosia (rooms 51 and 61, East Entrance) starts on Wednesday, February 10. On Monday, February 15, the Vaccination Center will be put into operation at the “Spyros Kyprianou” Sports Center in Limassol.
According to the quantities of vaccines that are expected to be received within February, the goal is to vaccinate with the 1st dose people over the age of 75, as well as health professionals. At the same time, following the recommendation of the ad hoc committee that has been set up to determine the hierarchy of vulnerable groups, the vaccination of people who belong to specific groups at increased risk for serious illness begins.
