A prerequisite is that there is consultation between the VARista, his assistant and the referee. In short, the English of all three should be impeccable so as not to make them disintegrate during the match.
On the other hand, if the effort with the foreign VARists does not succeed, the next move will be the decision for the descent of foreign referees who will whistle, either with compatriot assistants or with ours.
And beware, it is forbidden, those of our referees who will go to the stadium, to wear shorts and slippers!
