Following reports from bathers about the existence of white/brown spots that look like foam, on the surface of the sea, at the Municipal Beach of Geroskipou, the Municipality of East Pafos proceeded with an initial investigation and a series of actions to ensure public health.
The Municipality informs, as it says, the public that the results of the seawater analyzes on the bathing beaches of Geroskipou, which it carried out, are very good.
He adds that they have been informed by the Ports Authority that, from August 1, 2024, all vessels deliver their sewage ashore, as has been the case in recent years, but it is now ensured that these deliveries are made in the presence of the Ports Authority or the Port Police.
