The ecologists emphasize that “this estate, however, has been operating for more than 20 years without substantial control, a fact that should be considered”. Finally, they call on the local authorities to address such problems immediately and the provincial administrations to check that “the building facilities meet the conditions on the basis of which they were issued planning and building permits”.
