The minister is also proceeding with the appointment of an investigating officer, while the of the prisons announced disciplinary proceedings.
"I will proceed with the disciplinary proceedings against four members of the staff for matters that do not directly concern the incident but which result in omissions of the members in relation to the performance of their duties," said the Director of the Central Prisons.
