In the context of the immediate service of the public, the Department of Lands and Surveys announces that it has proceeded with the revision of Type L. 270, which concerns the Declaration of Real Estate Transfer, according to the Law on Transfer and Mortgage of Real Estate, no. 9/1965.

From April 2, 2022, the new Press L. 270 will be issued in A4 format / size and the citizens will have the opportunity to procure the above Press electronically through the Website Portal of the Department of Lands and Surveys (https: //portal.dls .moi.gov.cy /) and enter electronically all the information required to complete it.
In addition, the new Type L. 270 (format / size A4) will be available in printed form at the local District Cadastral Offices until December 31, 2022 and therefore citizens will have the opportunity to complete it by hand. From January 2, 2023, only the electronic completion of this Form will be allowed.
