What are the new measures for what businesses, announced by the government through the Minister of Health Konstantinos Ioannou, which will be in force from Sunday, January 10, 2020, at 5 in the morning until January 31 at midnight.

The operation of all retail businesses is suspended, except for the following companies:
– Food and beverage retail enterprises (supermarkets, grocery stores, butchers, fishmongers, bakeries, bakeries, confectioneries, fruit markets, wineries, kiosks, mini markets), without the use of table seats,
– Pharmacies,
– Private health companies (clinical laboratories),
– Fuel stations,
– Businesses and laboratories for the disabled and orthopedic items,
– Companies and laboratories of medical and industrial gases and machinery,
– Optics companies and laboratories,
– Businesses selling hearing aids,
– Medical equipment and medical supplies companies,
– Companies trading in car parts and accessories,
– Businesses selling tires,
– Bicycle marketing and repair companies,
– Vehicle cleaning companies, only for cleaning the exterior of the vehicle,
– Car and motorcycle repair shops,
– Laundries
– Postal and transport services companies (couriers),
– Companies selling feed or veterinary medicines
– Companies selling, caring for and feeding pets,
– Telecommunications services, in the part concerning bill payment, balance renewal, mobile phone repair and replacement services),
– Companies trading in pesticides, fertilizers and pesticides, materials or equipment,
– Nurseries and florists
– Popular food markets with operation at 50% of their capacity and a distance of 1.5 meters between the persons and in compliance with the guidelines of the Ministry of Health.
It is understood that retail companies, whose operation is not suspended, must comply with the measure of one person per 10 sq.m. at least, useful space and in addition to large stores over 500 sq.m. control will be ensured in the presence of an authorized person of the store at the entrance of the store for not exceeding the maximum number of physical presence of customers:
It is further understood that all retail businesses, whether suspended or not, may provide e-commerce or telephone commerce services with home delivery:
In addition, the companies that continue to operate may not market any products traded by the retail companies which by this Decree suspend their operation.
The private companies / services that remain in operation are promoted teleworking, with regulation for simultaneous physical presence of 15% of their staff, with a maximum number of employees that can be physically present at 20 people per professional premises.
Businesses that are suspending their operations include: barbershops and hairdressers, beauty salons, tattoo parlors, theaters, cinemas, auditoriums, outdoor and outdoor amphitheaters, restaurants and nightclubs, shopping malls dance, other relevant schools.
