The Department of Electromechanical Services has ordered the withdrawal and recall from the market of a chain-type Christmas light with a flasher unit. According to an announcement by the Department of Electromechanical Services, which is also published by the Press and Information Office, this particular lamp does not bear the CE mark, nor does it have any other markings or any identification elements.
In particular, it is a chain-type Christmas lamp, whose manufacturer, trade name and model are not listed. Its features are 220V – 240V, 50 Hz, 400 LED – white and with a flasher unit and the importer is TO EPILEKTON LTD (TO EPILEKTION on the packaging). The markings on the flasher unit are model: EK-04.

The announcement adds that consumers in possession of the above product are urged not to use it and to return it to the seller, i.e. to the store from which they purchased it.
