China has refused to provide the World Health Organization with raw data on its first cases of COVID-19, The Wall Street Journal reported today, citing WHO researchers who described a heated debate over the lack of details.
World Health Organization officials said raw, personalized data could help determine how and when the coronavirus began to spread in China, the paper said.
