Division in the GSP with APOEL and Apollo staying at 1-1. In a game where both teams missed big chances, neither managed to get what they wanted and they shared a point. The goals of the match were scored by Petrovic 31' and Dariqua 45+5'.
1st half
With APOEL having the initiative of the movements and Apollon waiting in his own half, the game started in Nicosia.
The first good phase of the game belonged to the “blue and yellow” in the 6th minute, with Vital attempting the powerful long shot and Lewenberg fending off with punches.
In the 10th minute, the hosts “paired” their chances with Kvilitaia taking the header from Dogala's cross and the ball ending up just above the goalposts.
The Sa Pinto team continued to have the excellence and in the 27th minute he “touched” the goal! Susic combined perfectly with Sarfo from the right, the former then made a cross with Marquinios getting the header and Lewenberg saving.

The replay started at a very slow pace with both teams making several mistakes and unable to pose a threat to the opposing goal.
In the 57th minute, the team of Sa Pinto missed the first good chance in the 2nd half with Sarfo converging from the right, taking the shot and Lewenberg saving with his feet!
Ten minutes later, the Nicosia team threatened again with the newly-arrived Ephraim making a diagonal cross from the left and the ball going against Dariqua and going into the corner.
APOEL continued to have the upper hand and lost another good phase in the 75th minute, with Susic as the protagonist, who from the second goalpost made the return shot with the ball finding Ekpolo's body and again going into the corner.
In the 89th minute Apollo missed the biggest chance in the match to “steal” the match! Sagal alone against Belets could not beat the Slovak who “fished” the Apollon winger.
Thus the two teams remained at 1-1 and shared one point each.
