Sweet and healthy!
MATERIALS
- 200 gr. tahini (raw)
- 240 g. honey
- 240 gr. oat flakes
- 20 g. cocoa
- 30 g. fresh blueberries or any berry of your choice

EXECUTE
Step 1
Put in the bucket 200 gr. tahini (raw), 240 g. honey, 240 g. oat flakes and mix 10 seconds/speed 5.
Step 2
Add 240 gr. oat flakes, 20 g. cocoa, 30 g. fresh blueberries and set Dough/1 minute 30 seconds.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to a 5mm thick sheet. between 2 sheets of non-stick paper or plastic wrap and roll into 2 rolls. Place in the freezer for about an hour. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 4 With a sharp knife, cut the rolls into slices about 1 cm and bake for 12-13 minutes (180°C).
Step 5 Place on a wire rack to cool and serve or keep in an airtight container.
Variation This particular snack could also be served without baking in the oven. It could be balled up like balls of energy.
