Under conditions the major shareholder will donate a large amount
A strong concern prevailed in the ranks of the world of Anorthosis after the publication of the financial statements of the group by KOP, as it saw the amount of debts that reaches 12,779,002 million euros.
Specifically “Kyria” closed in 2022 with a loss of 4.6 million (4,655,595). Therefore, the total debts of the Varosian team now amount to 12,779,002 million, up from €9,760,464 in 2021. Doing the “sum”, Anorthosis' accounting debt increased by €3,038,538 over the course of one year.
This amount includes the money that Christos Pullaidis put in and declared as a loan to the company, as no further increase in share capital could be made.
At the same time, information states that Christos Pullaidis will give the money away these if he first reaches a definitive agreement for the transfer of his shares to Andreas Santis, and then if the president of the company signs the new management agreement with the union. In such a case, an amount of 5.5 million will be deleted from the debts of “Kyria”.
Along with the debts of Anorthosis are 4.2 million to the state, an amount which will be repaid in 180 monthly installments as agreed between the state and the union.
Therefore, accounting can debts of “Kyria” reach 12.7 million, however there is no concern in the ranks of the administration as on the one hand a large part will be written off and on the other hand there is a settlement with the state for the next 15 years.
