If when you hear the word “cruise” you remember those of the old days, then the episodes you have missed are probably many. A product that a few years ago seemed to be nearing the end of its cycle, the cruise has recovered spectacularly and now attracts people of all ages and from all over the world.
What changed; The philosophy has changed, mainly.
In the standards of the requirements of the time traveler who is more demanding. From the variety in food and drink, to the program offered at sea and to entertainment, spas, other services, casino, shopping opportunities, excursions to ports and especially the logic that what was once a mainstream product , had to adapt to something diverse that would cater to every taste.

We, for example, this year, traveled by air to Athens and from there, in four days we went to Mykonos with all afternoon and evening until late at our disposal to eat in a tavern, we slept and woke up the next day in Kusadasi, Turkey for to go to Ephesus, in the afternoon we drank leisurely drinks – and cocktails – until we arrived in Patmos, those who wanted went to the Cave and the Monastery and the others drank coffee in Chora, in the morning we woke up in Heraklion and soon ate bougatsa in Lions and we took walks and in the afternoon we got on the boats to do wine tasting with the incredible wines and the stunning view of the Venetsanou Winery in Santorini (s.s. in the photo above) and for the romantics to get enough of the sunset and to indulge in sweets in Melenio. In the evenings at sea, there was something for all tastes and ages, the program had nothing to do with the tacky programs we saw in the past, they were well done and elegant dances while there was another club with a DJ until morning. On the last day we woke up in Piraeus and until early in the afternoon we had the whole year at our disposal for shopping in Athens. Did we want more?
Well, we always want more. But, all this in four days? And for these prices?
