The Police was mobilized after a fight between people in Arakapa in the Limassol district around 9pm. p>
According to the initial information, two young people who had differences were caught holding hands outside a kiosk in Arakapa. While the episode ended with the intervention of third parties, subsequently and with the arrival of a relative of one at the scene, the blood flared up again, with the involvement of other persons.
According to with testimonies, the person who arrived at the scene was holding a chainsaw that was started and threatening while during the second episode shots were also heard.
Police forces rushed to the scene for investigations in order to establish beyond any doubt what exactly happened and what was the cause of the incident. At the same time, it is being investigated who fired, possibly for intimidation.
