The Council of the EU Member States, two days after the vote in plenary of the European Parliament, formally adopted the regulation on the European Covid-19 certificate.
The signing ceremony follows on Monday at 10:00 Brussels local time. The development was welcomed by the responsible Commissioner Didier Raiders.
