He will have contacts with his counterparts
The Minister of Energy, Trade and Industry, Giorgos Papanastasiou, is in Cairo, where he will represent the President of the Republic on Saturday, at the Egypt – EU Investment Conference.
According to an announcement, Mr. Papanastasiou will participate in a round table discussion on Egypt's investment prospects, which will be held around 11 am. with the participation of the President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt Abdel Fattah El-Sisi.
It is added that on the sidelines of the Egypt-EU Investment Conference, the Minister plans to have, also, private meetings with his Egyptian counterparts, Minister of Trade and Industry Ahmed Samir, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Dr. Mohamed Shaker El-Markabi and Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources Tarek El Molla.
