Fantastic and fluffy!
MATERIALS
270 g. sugar
350 g. sunflower oil
1 kg. cinnamon powder
350 g. orange juice
500 g. farina flour
150 g. walnuts or almonds
100 g. raisins
50 g. sesame seeds, for sprinkling

EXECUTE
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Butter a 24-well cupcake pan and set aside.
Step 2
Put in the bucket 270 gr. sugar and grind 10 seconds/speed 10.
Step 3
Add 350 g. sunflower oil, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 350 g. orange juice and blend 1 minute/speed 5.
Step 4
Add 500 gr. farina flour, 150 gr. walnuts or almonds and mix 10 seconds/reverse motion/speed 3 using the spatula.
Step 5
Add 100 gr. raisins and mix 2 seconds/speed 3 using the spatula.
Step 6
Transfer the mixture to the cupcake form you prepared and sprinkle with 50 g. Sesame seeds. Bake for 35 minutes (180°C) or until golden brown. Allow to cool before serving.
Variation
You can bake the cupcakes in a pan instead of a cupcake tin, adding another 10 minutes to the baking time
