“He killed me and then mourned me”

After suffering a stroke, Meghan Markle's father, Thomas, is “begging” his daughter to let him see his grandchildren. More specifically, the 78-year-old giving an interview to “7News Spotlight” talked about what his daughter had said in a Netflix documentary that “I lost my dad”, but also about the references to Prince Harry's book, “Spare”, in the which reported that Meghan was “already grieving the loss of her father”.
“He killed me and then mourned me,” the Duchess' father said, adding: “I refuse to bury me.” “I wish we could sit down and talk. I wish we could settle our differences. He loved me. I'm her hero. And suddenly I was thrown out,” he added.
“Meg I love you – I love my grandchildren. I'd love to see them… they'll have my nose, they'll have my eyes,” Markle said later in the interview. Leaving a final message after the interview, he characteristically said “I am open to any kind of discussion”.
