In his own greeting, in the framework of the work of the Assembly, the President of SEAOK referred to the challenges that the sector has to face, despite the upward trend of construction activity in the last three years.
In the midst of geopolitical changes and the consequences brought about by, among others, war conflicts and tensions, issues such as increased energy costs, green taxation, the path to the digital and green transition, but also the labor shortage, are sectors in which, as he said, the state should help and support the construction industry. He assured, for his part, that in the next period every effort will be made to modernize the companies of the sector, in this competitive, global environment. Therefore, as he said, the next period is imposed to become more organized with correct policies and actions, as opportunities are created through challenges.
The report of Activities of the reviewed period, which was approved by the members, was read and analyzed by the General Secretary of the Association, Mr. Stefanos Pieridis, while the General Director of O.S.E.O.K.
