The percentage of turnout in today's “early parliamentary elections” reached 58.23%, a fact that confirms the abstention rate mentioned by the polls throughout the previous period.
According to the Press and Information Office, the illegal Bayrak (Brtk-23.01.22) broadcasts that the final turnout in the “early parliamentary elections” rose to 58.23%. According to the president of the so-called Supreme Electoral Council, Narin Ferdi Siefik, the turnout percentages by occupied province so far were as follows: Nicosia 60.07%, Famagusta 54.40%, Kyrenia 52.20%, Morphou 58.30%, Trikomo 62.24%.
The polls closed at 18.00.
