Family dramas continue in the Peripheral Unit of Serres, due to coronavirus.
In a village of the Municipality of Nea Zichni, in Myrkino, Serres, according to information from ERT Serres, a 74-year-old father and his 48-year-old daughter, who were unvaccinated and were treated at the AHEPA Hospital in Thessaloniki, passed away within 24 hours.
At the same time, the mother is fighting the coronavirus in the hospital.
The family was very dear to the village and no one can believe that in a 24 hour father and daughter left the coronavirus.
Social media has been filled with comments about the 48-year-old girl who was a smiling man full of kindness and positive energy as her friends say.
The village is shrouded in mourning and everyone is talking about the evil that befell the area since nearby is Mavrolofos where another drama had unfolded with the death of a 61-year-old and 28-year-old son, also from the coronavirus.
