The management of Cyta's subsidiary company, Cytacom Solutions Ltd, has renewed the 2023-2024 Collective Labor Agreements for Monthly and Hourly staff.
As stated in a Cyta announcement, the renewed agreements were signed on 28 May 2024, by the trade unions EPOET (OHO-SEK), ASET-Cyta, PASE-ATIK and SIDIKEK-PEO-CYTA.
The CEO of Cyta and President of Cytacom Solutions, Andreas Neokleous, stated that , the renewal of the contracts demonstrates the mutual understanding of the common vision, as well as the harmonious cooperation between the Management and the Staff representatives, a cooperation through which the progress, development and well-being of Cyta emerge as the primary concern of all parties .
The representatives of the trade unions expressed their satisfaction, underlining in turn the cordial cooperation they maintain with the Cyta Management, which strengthens labor peace and adds value to both the staff and the the Organization.
