The fire in Paramali was brought under control – A great battle was fought – Examinations will follow on the causes of the provocation
Under control the fire in Paramali, which broke out in the afternoon, alerting the relevant services after it raged near a residential area.

In a related message, thanks are expressed from the British Bases to the Republic for the forces it made available and the efforts made to contain the fire.
Examinations will follow for the causes of the fire.
Firefighters will remain at the scene throughout the evening.
