The Police in Paphos proceeded with 167 traffic complaints in the last three days, while a coordinated effort was also carried out to crack down on noise pollution, resulting in 13 complaints.
The 13 complaints were made against real estate who broadcast music without permission from the competent authority, according to the Press Representative of ADE Paphos and Head of TAE Paphos Michalis Nikolaou.
In relation to the campaign to prevent traffic violations, Mr. Nikolaou said that they were the last three days 167 traffic complaints, most of them related to driving at excessive speed.
In particular, 45 complaints were made for driving at excessive speed, 18 for driving under the influence of alcohol, and one person under the influence of drugs after a related control to which it was submitted.
Mr. Nikolaou stated that there were also 10 complaints regarding personal mobility devices on expressways (scooters).
