The shopkeepers in Limassol are preparing to welcome consumers with big discounts. After four weeks, the retail trade will resume tomorrow with the shopkeepers calling on the citizens to take advantage of the low prices that will be offered.
In his statements to KYPE, the representative of the shopkeepers on Anexartisias Street, Kristis Dimitriou, stated that all the shopkeepers throughout Cyprus are ready for the reopening of the retail trade and the restart of the economy.
“We are ready after four weeks of lockdown for the reopening of the stores. We are happy to reopen and ready to welcome consumers at low prices. We were closed when the discounts started, now is the change of season, so all over Cyprus all the shopkeepers will offer big discounts. So we call on the citizens to take advantage of the opportunity and the very low prices to do their shopping “said Mr. Dimitriou.
The representative of the shopkeepers stressed that the shopkeepers will observe the safety measures to limit the pandemic and called on the consumers to do the same. “To observe the security measures, in case of increased traffic, to show the necessary understanding and patience. We will be here for their best service “said Mr. Dimitriou.
