The free screening program for coronavirus with rapid antigen tests of the workers continues today, Tuesday, while at the same time the control program of the general population is carried out.
There will be nine sampling points in the city and province of Larnaca today and three in the province of Famagusta.
Specifically in Larnaca the sampling will be carried out from 08.30 to 17.30 sampling points will operate at the Cultural Center of Agios Georgios Kontos in Larnaca, in the courtyard of the Municipal Theater of Larnaca, in the Church of the Apostle Varnavos in the area of L , at the building of the Hermes Aradippou Association in Aradippou, at the Municipal Palace of Athienos (covered parking lot) and at the church of Timios Prodromos (new church) in Dromolaxia.
Sampling points will operate from 08.30 in the morning until one in the afternoon at the building of the old grocery store Xylotympos and from 08.00 in the morning until 16.30 in the afternoon, in the industrial area of Aradippou (former Free Zone, FCG cafeteria area).
In the province of Famagusta, the three sampling points will operate from 08.30 in the morning until 17.30 in the afternoon at the Spiritual Center of the Metropolitan Church of Paralimni, the Church of Ayia Napa in Ayia Napa and the Community Council of Frenaros.
Six points in Paphos
The Ministry of Health announced six points for rapid tests for today, Tuesday, in the province of Paphos, reminding that the free control of the general population and employees is done with the constant monitoring of the community and the workplaces.

In the meantime, yesterday 6 cases were identified from the 899 samples taken during the passenger control at Larnaca and Paphos Airports.
In the District of Paphos, 2,306 rapid tests were also performed yesterday without a positive case.
In the meantime, the Ministry of Health announces that from today, February 23, at 9 in the morning, vaccination appointments will be available in the Paphos District for people aged 71 and over at the Vaccination Center at the Paphos General Hospital.
