A new scheduled meeting was held today between the major shareholder of the Anorthosis Company, Christos Pullaidis, and the chairman of the company's Board of Directors, Mr. Andreas Santi.

A new scheduled meeting was held today, March 28, 2023, between the major shareholder of Anorthosis Famagusta (Football) Public Limited Mr. Christos Pullaidis and the president of the company's Board of Directors Mr. Andreas Santi.
The meeting was also held this time in an excellent climate. During the meeting the following issues were discussed and agreed upon:
A. The decision of the Pullaidis Family to withdraw from the ownership status of the company was reaffirmed.
B. An agreement was reached which will be expressed in a memorandum of understanding in which the main points of the proposed implementation course will be recorded.
C. A road map of actions has been prepared with its execution starting immediately.
D. Mr. Christos Pullaidis will immediately request a meeting with the Management of the Association of Anorthosis Famagusta regarding the update on the developments that are being launched with the cooperation of Mr. Andreas Santi.
In the context of this announcement, the Anorthosis Company Famagusta (Football) Public Limited informs that the planning for the football year 2023-2024 is being implemented based on the plan of the current administration which operates under the president Mr. Andreas Santi.
