Apollo seems to be close to the acquisition of Haitham Alesami.
He is a 30-year-old international Norwegian left back, whom the blue and whites want to include in their roster as a replacement for Donald Guerriere.
His transfer is not considered complete, but according to information, the contacts between the two sides are very advanced and the indications speak of a deal soon.
Last season, Alesami played in Rostov, Russia, recording 13 appearances (eight as a starter), while in the 2019/20 season, he played in the first division of France with Amiens, having a record of 25 appearances, one goal and one assist. He previously had a “full” three years (2016-19) with Palermo, where he had 94 appearances, two goals and ten assists.
With the Norwegian National Team, in which he was a key player until about a year ago, the 30-year-old has recorded 31 appearances, with his last on 4/9/20 against Austria for the Nations League.
The footballer clicked… on Alexander Tsorniger and as everything shows, the effort of the blue and whites to get his signature is on a very good path.
