Case of arson of two vehicles committed shortly before midnight in Limassol, the Police are investigating.
The authorities in Limassol were put on the spot, after two vehicles were set on fire outside the house of a police officer, a member of the Presidential Guard.
According to information, the two vehicles belong to a 40-year-old and a 54-year-old man from Limassol, and they were both parked outside the latter's house. The scene was visited by officers and members of the ADE Limassol and the Fire Service and after on-site examinations it was found that the fire was caused by arson with flammable material. The vehicles suffered extensive damage from the fire. Investigations are ongoing.
